This is a contract role for a Banking Call Centre Support position located in Dubai. As a Banking Call Centre Support, your responsibilities will include providing customer support through phone calls, email, and chat. You will assist customers with banking related inquiries, resolve issues, process transactions, and provide accurate information about financial products and services. This is an on-site role where you will be expected to work in our Dubai office.

Identify, record, document, and track bugs through to resolution. Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to understand banking functionalities in-depth. Engage in continuous software quality assurance activities to maintain a high standard of software performance, security, and functionality. Stay updated with Australian regulatory requirements to ensure software compliance.
